Matt is a highly personable business owner who works with demonstrable passion. I contacted him because I was impressed with his website design and content and the whole package screamed sincerity and service provision rather than a heavy sell business. I made the correct choice in Milton Keynes for the services he provides. He quoted me for window and gutter cleaning and the only thing he tried to sell further was how I could save money with discounts. He never tried to cross sell any of his other services which I appreciated. He also took the time to explain how his online calendar tool works which would make things very efficient for me and for him. The process as he explained it, is simple. You pay in advance and book slots yourself and you get a polite email reminder before each appointment. Once I am satisfied that a person can competently provide a service my next priority is to experience their personality on site at the first job or beforehand at the point of providing an estimate, including telephone manner. Matt turned up early on his first job at my house. I watched his meticulously cleaning every corner etc and afterwards I checked myself - he exceeded my expectations by covering a lot more than I paid for. His demeanour, choice of words, tone and whole body language made me feel relaxed and informed. He is impeccably polite and calm even though his work is physically strenuous. Matt really takes time to engage with me whenever I approach (or bother) him even though he is visibly busy. Matt is the type of person whom you would ask, "how are you"? and he would stop and tell you honestly how he is in the genuine belief that you asked with sincerity, rather than a robotic, "Im fine, how are you..."? I own several properties and am a lawyer and I think Ive seen it all over 20 years and I rarely give up time to write considered positive or constructive feedback..Matt is an outstanding person and he happens to clean windows...apparently he is a musician too! Call 3 tradespersons and I guarantee you will choose him.

I am so impressed with this company! Have never before had a window company back twice but will now - but only this one - 'shining Windows'!! Previous companies may have been a little cheaper but were here and gone in sometimes only 5 minutes and I could hardly tell any difference. I decided to give this company a go as our son was getting married so with a house full of guests for the weekend thought clean windows a must. But by mistake I booked the wrong day. I rang the office just to see if there was any chance of them coming the very next day - unfortunately they were fully booked. But a few minutes later I got a call back - I was delighted to be told that Matt felt it was important to try and help and offered to come early evening after he had completed that days jobs. Amazing!! So after a long full day of window cleaning and on a Friday evening to boot he and his colleague arrived -not a sign of being weary or put upon - they were as cheery and jovial as can be and most importantly did the most thorough and transforming job ever! The name 'Shining Windows' is totally apt and deserved as that is what I got -but it's not just the windows that shine - it's all the surrounds and sills - even my front door step had a deep clean. I will only use them in future. Thanks so much for coming out of hours at such short notice and for doing such a wonderful job.

I found Shining Window Cleaners Ltd through a general Google search when looking for an internal conservatory valet. Not many companies offer this service; certainly domestic cleaners don't as they are not all insured to work with ladders. When I researched their website, I found they also deep clean Patio's and driveways. Now I'm always enticed by 4-5 Star reviews and this was no exception. But I needed my patio doing as well ! Pure OCD heaven. Matthew was fabulous. Very communicative; responding promptly to my queries and visited to provide a thorough quote. They also had a great money saving deal on, so I was sold. Roll forward 2 weeks and my conservatory which had gathered dust and not been used (or entered into) during Winter months, which then leads to a large garden patio, are BOTH gleaming. I am so impressed. The PVC looks like new, the windows smear free - and the original colour stone from the patio is now apparent! I don't know Matthew but I think good local businesses that perform an excellent service, deserve full praise. I cannot recommend them enough. I'm now all ready for Spring 2017!

Absolutely fantastic service, friendly, reliable and helpful not only on the phone, but website is set up for people like me who really don't like technology, then face to face , with the challenges the access is from where they have to park away from my house to cleaning all the windows and didn't bat an eye even with my Dogs barking the whole time. It was my first window clean by a professional and I certainly wont be doing them myself again. In fact I am just signing up to their 12 month service! Thank you that's one less stress out of my life every month.. Well worth the full price service, but even better with the discount that online brings!

We looked for Window Cleaners Milton Keynes and Conservatory Cleaners and Gutter Cleaning Services and were very fortunate to plump for this company! We can't believe the attention to detail. Matthew didn't even hurry as torrential rain pelted. Our conservatory looks like I guess it would have when put up years ago. All aspects discussed thoroughly before soldiering on as things were not as straight forward in some areas. Matthew was incredibly polite and we are delighted with the job done. Roof clean at some point in the future!

We had a gutter clean & conservatory roof clean done yesterday - very impressed from start to finish, website was simple to navigate, I love the online bookings and the time slots allocated, two of the most polite workmen arrived and set to work - nothing was too much trouble and they explained what they would do and did exactly that - several years of silt, moss and even a couple of sods of turf came out of our gutters

We have used Shining Window Cleaners 3 times now over the past year and have always been pleased with their service, results and professionalism. The owner (Matthew) always ensures you are satisfied with the work completed and takes time to walk you through the job. Where the team have been running late or needed to reschedule, Matthew has called ahead/or emailed to inform us of changes to our bookings.

After having to reschedule due to van and personal problems (things that happen in life) , Matt & Cass carried out a superb clean of my property. A fault with the gutter machine meant only half was done but Matt is to return to finish that. All gutters, fascia�s, conservatory and other windows cleaned expertly. The house is now gleaming. I�m so impressed I�ve signed up for one of their window cleaning packages.

My Solar Panels and Conservatory Roof desperately needed cleaning. After some investigation of providers I came across Shining Windows. I contacted Matthew, owner of Shiny Windows and an appointment was made which included a free Window Clean. From talking with Matthew it became clear that that he knew what he is doing especially when discussing my rather large conservatory and its roof shape. Matthew arrived at the appointed date/time introducing himself and explained his plan of work. He tackled my Solar Panels first on both the front and rear of my roof then moving on to the Conservatory roof. He worked hard throughout the afternoon, taking great care to clean every scrap of mould, dirt and years' of grime from the Solar Panels and especially the Conservatory roof. Time was getting on and being late afternoon Matthew said he would make another appointment to come back and clean the windows and redo some of the Solar Panels. I was very impressed with his attention to detail and quality workmanship. The appointment was made and Matthew has completed the outstanding work to a high standard. I am extremely happy with the result after Matthews visits to my Solar Panels, Conservatory Roof and Windows and I shall certainly be using Matthews services again. Furthermore, I would recommend Shining Windows and Matthew to anyone. He is a true professional in his work ethics, customer service and has all the equipment with him in his van to do ensure a thoroughly professional job.

Matt at Shining Windows was recommended to me by a friend. He is very friendly and approachable and its clear to see he takes much pride in his work. He's done regular window cleans on my property for a while now as well as a driveway clean which has made a huge difference to the look of my house. I was so happy with the job he did. He also managed to clean my conservatory roof which hadn't been cleaned for the whole 10 years I've lived at this house. He really put the work in that day and my conservatory roof was left spotlessly clean. I couldn't believe it. Hes doing a gutter clean on my propert in the new year for sure. I don't usually leave reviews for anything but I've been messed about by my last few window cleaners so Matt has been a breath of fresh air, he really has, and I quite look forward to his visits. What a great company. Very professional experience from booking through to the appointment. I booked a gutter clean as I'd seen rain running down the outside of the gutter & thought it was blocked. The guys immediately pointed out that my guttering was actually broken, up the ladders they went to take a look, shoot some pictures to show me what the problem was. They then offered to do their best to fix it for me whilst doing what I actually booked them for. They replaced a broken bracket for me with one they had in the van & then proceeded to fix the guttering for me. As it all went really well & they finished really quickly, they then offered to give my windows a complimentary window wash. These guys went way beyond what they had to do & saved me a fortune... Cannot recommend highly enough & will definitely use again.

I used Shining Windows for the first time today and they delivered a 1st class service from booking to completion. Matthew suggested an out of hours start at 7am due to the possibility of traffic on Stoney Stratford high street. He was there on the dot and did a great job . A couple of windows at the rear of the building are extremely awkward to get to, but he has an extensive range of equipment to enable him to reach over the single story building in front of the 1st and 2nd floor windows. Very pleased , will be using again.
