This service includes a window cleaning service for the window frames, glazing and sills. This do not include the removal of tough debris such as concrete, glue, silicone, excessive algae, moss or staining.
Simply add a service to your shopping cart, then visit our BOOK AN APPOINTMENT page to schedule a DATE and TIME for us to attend and complete your service.
Then visit the shopping cart and complete the payment.
Once your purchase is complete, you will receive a receipt via email. We receive the same details which informs us of the delivery address for your service, and the options associated with your purchase.

Cancellations
In accordance with consumer rights when cancelling a service or subscription:
To cancel your subscription please email us, or log in to your banking app to manage your reccuring card payments/subscriptions. (usually a subscription will be cancelled 14 days after your previous payment date)
To cancel a one off clean or service we require 14 days notice from the date of your purchase, unless you book your appointment for the service to be completed within the 14 days from your purchase date.
